Utah 4x4 Club Advertisement and Vendor Information

Overview
Utah 4x4 Club has been up since June, 2005. There are now over 1,150 registered members and thousands of non-registered members who have visited our site. Each day Utah 4x4 Club gets an average of 800 unique visitors, 4,000+ page views, and millions of hits a day. The majority of the members on the website are 4x4 enthusiasts who take pride in the rigs they own. Aside from making friends and having fun, they are here to learn more about their rigs and how to enhance their appearance and performance.

Vendor Tip
Utah 4x4 Club members are constantly in need of friendly, dependable, and knowledgeable vendors who can help them build their rigs. Unlike certain markets, most rig owners value the entire purchasing experience rather than simply looking for the lowest price possible. We encourage you to sell the products that you have in stock, and focus on the service that you provide our members. You can start by answering all our members’ questions ASAP (within 1 business day) and provide any extra information they may need. This is the type of vendor that Utah 4x4 Club members would like to do business with. Also, feel free to join our members in the rest of the forum, you will have a “Vendor Icon” shown under your name so the members will know that you are a supporter of the forum.

Vendor Status
Any tuners or sellers are welcome to participate in the forum; however, any form of advertising (direct or indirect) is strictly prohibited unless you have the vendor status. The vendor status granted to authorized vendors, allowing them to post any deals or products in the vendor showcase, where only authorized vendors are allowed to post threads about their products and services. Not only will you get your name out to our members, a lot of times the threads you post will be found on various search engines on the Internet. Without the vendor status, any unauthorized advertising will be warned by the moderators of the board and the post will be removed.

Banner Rotation
On average, Utah 4x4 Club gets approximately 500 ad views through the banner rotation. Unlike some other forums, we have the banners rotate throughout the entire forum, that way you will get the most exposure for your advertising dollar. The banner rotation will not only lead potential customers to your website, it will also build awareness for your brand and your company.

The standard banner is 468x60 and it can NOT be a flash file. Please use jpg file, animated or non-animated gif file as long as the file is under 200k.

Rules and Guidelines
1. You must specify if a product is in stock and ready to ship, drop shipped, pickup only, or back ordered.
2. Do your best to answer any questions a buyer might have.
3. Respond to buyers questions within 24 business day hours.
4. Do not spam or highjack any posts by other vendors.
5. Respect other vendors as you would like to be respected and do not try to steal other vendors business.
6. Post your new deals, products, and news in your showcase forum only.
7. Do not post more than two new showcases a day! Posting 10 different products on 10 different threads will only annoy other vendors and members.
(The only time you should post one thread per item is if you have a lot of information to tell your customers on that item.)
8. Do not advertise through PM's or emails.
9. Do not violate the Club Guidelines.

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke any accounts and/or vendor subscriptions that violate any of the rules mentioned above, at any time. Upon action any purchases, subscriptions or pending transactions will not be refunded. However, in most cases warnings will be issued prior to suspension or revocation.

You do not have to wait for a certain month cycle before you start advertising. As soon as you have submitted your payment below, and all the necessary information for us to get you set up. You're good to go. We will not offer any “trial’ ad campaigns for the benefit of the vendors who are supporting our site. If you make the effort to provide good products and services to our members, chances are you will see results and find our programs very valuable to your business.
