Please remember that we are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.
The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this bulletin board. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.
You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this bulletin board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.
You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this bulletin board.
Rules & Rights
We require all posts to be positive, constructive, and on topic. We may delete individual posts that could ruin a good topic thread.
We reserve the right to remove any topics we deem inappropriate or disruptive to our community. Please note that, from time to time, topics may be removed for being inappropriate even though your individual post in that topic may have been perfectly fine. Please do not feel this reflects badly on you.
You may not make personal attacks on other users or staff members either in public forums or blogs. Please dispute matters by using a personal contact method such as a private message or email.
Please remember that internet discussions show NO emotion or body language from the poster. If you are unsure about the context of the post, please clarify with the poster by using a personal contact method such as a private message or email before getting butt-hurt.
You may not use profanity. It is unprofessional and offensive. We have word filters in place for the most vulgar terms. Circumventing those word filters will result in punitive action.
You may not advertise or promote other companies or their programs which may compete with Utah 4x4 Club or its vendors.
We reserve the right to ban or suspend any member who violates our guidelines or disrupts our community. Upon action any purchases, subscriptions or pending transactions will not be refunded. We will be fair and provide warning in most cases.
If you have an issue concerning our services, policies, or staff, please use a personal contact method such as a private message or email to a staff member. All moderators, administrators, and support staff are highlighted in the active members list. We take serious complaints to heart and will do our best to address them.
Any of the violations mentioned above can constitute to the same disciplinary action stated when performed off site, through email or in person. We also reserve the right to add or take away rules mentioned above at any time. Any changes will be announced and dated.
Privacy Policy
We keep it quite simple. We understand that personal information can be a stressful thing to worry about these days. All personal information that you save to your account profile is NOT given to any member of this club, or to a 3rd party source. Phone numbers, home addresses and emails are only available to the club administration. Any other information that you choose to make public on your profile is your responsibility, and Utah 4x4 Club will not be held liable.
